This policy explains what personal information the Global Hypnosis Academy collects through this website, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It applies to this website only.
We collect personal information only when you give it to us through a form on this site. The prospectus form and the enquiry forms ask for your name and email address. Some forms also ask for a phone number, the country or region you are based in, when you are looking to start, and which training you are interested in. A message field is optional and holds whatever you choose to write in it.
Every submission is also tagged with the page it came from, the referring page, and any advertising parameters present in the address, such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid. This tells us which advertising a lead came from. We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial information, government identifiers or health information through this website.
To send you the material you asked for, to answer your enquiry, to contact you about the training you enquired about, and to understand which advertising is producing enquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Australia, which means information submitted through this site may be stored or processed overseas. We do not disclose your information to anyone else except where we are required to by law.
This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager and the tags it loads, and by Vimeo when a video player loads. They are used to measure how the site is used and to attribute enquiries to advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, though our measurement will be incomplete.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and for understanding where enquiries come from. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, except where we are required to keep a record.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at rickcollingwoodhypnosis@gmail.com, or write to us through the contact page, and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
