To register your place please download and complete the registration form and return it as instructed in the information pack. You can make your fee payment, either here at the website or complete the payment permission form in the information pack. After payment is made you will be emailed your payment receipt, training attendance and venue information, and a link to access the student Training and Resource Centre.
Early registration discounts
To celebrate the re-opening of the Academy, the initial training fees for the first three trainings in Melbourne, Perth and Phnom Penh are already at a reduced introductory level. After March 2027 the in-class training fees will increase.
To secure your place, fees can be paid with an initial deposit of AUD $1,500, or USD $1,100, with the full balance due 30 days before the commencement of training. An early registration and payment discount of $500 is available if fees are paid in full upon registration, reducing the full fee to AUD $4,497, or USD $3,200.

The in-class days are taught in the room. Rick Collingwood demonstrates on students, then you practise what he has shown with a trainer watching, and your practical competency is assessed live in the room rather than by video.
About Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh is the capital city of Cambodia. It is a safe and modern riverside city of broad boulevards and historical tourist attractions. The city is a true blend of old and modern culture, and fantastic traditional and international cuisine restaurants.
Considering the tumultuous historical past the country has suffered, the Cambodian people remain among the friendliest and most hospitable people in the world.
Enjoy a training holiday
Why not have an amazing extended training holiday, arrive earlier and stay later. The city and the whole country is surprisingly inexpensive, and there is so much to do and enjoy in Cambodia.
There are many places of interest in Phnom Penh such as the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Cambodia and of course the infamous Killing Fields and the notorious S21 torture prison are both in or very close to the city.
Until about 2015 Phnom Penh was shabby and run-down due to the long years of war and four years of Khmer Rouge abandonment. Things have improved a lot, the city is very safe, organised and modernised, with many new upscale shopping centres, luxury residence complexes and hotels opening all the time.
Many attractions for tourists are located beside or within walking distance of the riverside in Phnom Penh, as are the famous Central market, and the night market is located directly on the riverside. Also on the riverside you’ll find walking street, other markets, many local stalls and a surplus of street food and great restaurants, bars, shops, affordable guesthouses or hotels, and tuk-tuk drivers ready to take you to all the sights.
Close to Phnom Penh are the easily accessible temples of Angkor Wat at Siem Reap, the seaside town of Sihanoukville, or the riverside town of Kampot.
Accommodation
Very good three-to-five star accommodation is plentiful, with prices ranging from US$35 to US$150 a night. For accommodation reservations we suggest you check out booking.com or agoda.com. To ensure that you are close to the training venue you should seek a hotel or apartment in the districts of Riverside BKK1, BKK2, or BKK3. Any of these areas will ensure that you are within a $3 taxi or grab fare from the training venue.
Money safety and visas
The primary currencies are the Cambodian Riel and the US dollar, and international credit and debit cards are widely accepted in retail outlets and in banks, and ATMs are plentiful.
Despite some recent negative media publicity about Cambodia regarding scam centre activity and border wars with Thailand in recent news articles, Phnom Penh is a completely safe and peaceful city, not requiring any more caution than any other international city.
Visas are easily available for all international arrival nationalities, either pre organised on line or upon arrival at the new Techo international airport.
Getting to Phnom Penh
Many international airlines fly to Phnom Penh from the northern and southern hemispheres, either directly or with one stop. Skyscanner is a good place to compare fares. On arrival at the new Techo international airport a taxi to your hotel is about USD $20 and takes about 30 minutes into the city.
