Refund policy

MP3 and book purchases

All purchases are final and there are absolutely no refunds. If you can provide proof of purchase, we will re-forward the download link to the same email address used for your purchase, up to 12 months after the original order was completed and paid for.

Online training

Once payment is made and the download links to the training information and student resource centre have been sent, access remains permanent and there are absolutely no refunds. If you have any issues accessing your course materials or the student resource centre, please contact us.

In-class training

Upon booking for in-class training, students are given immediate access to all training materials and to the full online student training and resource centre. If a cancellation is made at any time for any reason for in-class training, the student resource centre and all of the training curriculum access and online training component remain permanently active, and the cost component of this access is AUD $1,100 and not refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation for in-class training can be requested up to thirty (30) days before the commencement date. After that time refunds are not available for any reason.

If for any unforeseen circumstances the Global Hypnosis Academy cancels an in-class training, a 100% refund, less the AUD $1,100 fee for online training access, will be made within 7 days of cancellation.

Travel and accommodation

Global Hypnosis Academy will not be responsible for, or liable for, any travel tickets or accommodation booked and paid for in any training location under any circumstances.
